31 March 2026 – Deadline for abstract and full paper submission
12 April 2026 – Notification of abstract and paper review results
24 April 2026 – Deadline for submission of revised abstracts and papers
30 April 2026 – Official acceptance letters issued (upon completion of registration payment)
